3-Day Xi’an Highlights Small-Group Tour

On arrival at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, a private vehicle transfers you to your downtown hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free. Rest and adjust to the time difference, or take a short walk near the hotel. If you like, try local dishes such as oil-spiced noodles or beef paomo (crumbled flatbread in beef soup) at a nearby restaurant before the guided days ahead.

After breakfast, your guide picks you up for a full day of Xi’an sightseeing. First climb the Xi’an Ancient City Wall for a walk or bike ride along China’s largest and best-preserved ancient city wall. Drive on to the Museum of Qin Shi Huang’s Terracotta Army, stopping at a terracotta figurine workshop where you can make a mini warrior and see traditional northern Chinese courtyard architecture. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Terracotta Army pits. In the evening, stroll Bell Tower Square before returning to your hotel.

Enjoy breakfast and free time near your hotel, then check out with your guide. Visit the Muslim Quarter and Gao Family Mansion, including a shadow puppetry show. Continue to North Square of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda for photos and the 12:00 music fountain show when it is running on the official schedule.
