Foreign Onboard Representative
The only American-managed cruise company on the Yangtze River.
Victoria Jenna entered service on 6 September 2009 and was refurbished in 2016. She is about 10,000 GT, with six passenger decks, 189 cabins, and up to 378 guests. When she launched she was marketed as the world’s largest luxury river cruise ship; she is not Victoria’s largest hull now — that is Victoria Sabrina. East Marvel books her on Chongqing–Yichang only: 4 days / 3 nights downstream, or 5 days / 4 nights upstream.
Service. Jenna is a Victoria Cruises ship — the only American-managed line on the Yangtze — with a Western cruise director and English-speaking river guides. Through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge, commentary is typically given on deck as listed on that sailing. It is not a private lecture you book through East Marvel.
Public rooms. Two restaurants, bars, a gym, a reading room, a gift shop, and a spa/massage room. Four elevators serve the cabin decks. On this hull you also have a cinema, a children’s play area, a card room, and KTV (KTV is extra).
Cabins. Every guest cabin on this page has a private river-view balcony. On this site you book Superior balcony cabins (20.87 sqm, Decks 2–4, twin-bed), Executive Suites, Deluxe Suites, and Shangri-La Suites. In-cabin kit typically includes air-conditioning, satellite TV, a mini-fridge, and a safe. Wi-Fi is included, provided by a Chinese mobile network — the same kind of river signal you will find on other Yangtze ships. It is fine for messages; it is not fast streaming. Download films and maps before you board. Do not plan video calls or large uploads on the river.
Choose Jenna if you want Victoria’s English-speaking model on a 2009 six-deck ship, with a Deluxe Suite category and four elevators. It is not Victoria’s newest or largest ship. If you want more restaurants and cabins, compare Victoria Sabrina. If you want a 2025 hull, see Victoria Isabella. Confirm deck, meal letters, and the shore list on your sailing before you pay.

Deck Highlight: Gym Room, Superior Cabin 101-108, Clinic ## Cabins, beds, and suite amenities on Victoria Jenna Victoria Jenna Superior balcony cabins are 20.87 sqm on Decks 2, 3, and 4. Two twin beds cannot be pushed together into one double. There is no extra bed in Superior. East Marvel books category plus deck when inventory is open — cabins are not assigned at random. Suite amenities are a Victoria package; confirm them on your sailing. Superior cabin limits: twins do not join into a king. Three guests should book a suite (Executive, Deluxe, or Shangri-La), or a second cabin. Do not plan to “make a double” after you board. Request the deck when you book. Superior cabins sit on Decks 2–4 (Deck 2 USD $824, Deck 3 $924, Deck 4 $1,024 per room as published — confirm your sailing). There is no Deck 5 Superior on this page. Do not plan on upgrading at reception after check-in: it depends on empty cabins, it costs extra, and it often fails in peak months. Suite amenities (confirm on your sailing): Executive, Deluxe, and Shangri-La suites — and any Superior sold with Victoria’s amenities package — typically add welcome fruit, nightly turndown with a printed daily itinerary, Executive Lounge drinks, one pre-dinner happy hour (house wine, beer, soda), diet soda at lunch and dinner, house wine and beer at dinner, and a choice of Dynasty buffet or the à la carte dining room (choose at the start of the voyage). Package Wi-Fi is usually the Executive Lounge and lobby. Early tea and coffee before breakfast are typically set out for all cabins. A private shore visit for a group of six or more is a Victoria amenity on some sailings, not an East Marvel private tour.
